If you are interested in learning more about how to fuel your body for your workouts to increase your performance, improve body composition (increase muscle mass and reduce body fat), and balance your nutrition, fitness, and life… this group is for you!
This supportive group is tailored to those who are very active. You don’t have to be an athlete or a fitness expert to qualify! Prime candidates are those who are working professionals but who also perform moderate to intense exercise 3 or more times per week and/or compete in endurance sports or weight training.
How does group nutrition coaching work? Let me walk you through the components of a 6-week course…
Weekly Video Calls
We meet 1 hour each week for 6 weeks. During each hour long call, I present on the scheduled topic, explaining nutrition science and teaching skills so that you learn how to meet your body’s needs and achieve optimal performance through food & nutrients.
Assignments & Workbooks
Each week, I provide worksheets for a step-by-step walk-through of sports nutrition science to help you practice the knowledge and skills we learned in the video call throughout the next week until we meet again.
Accountability & Goal Setting
Each call, you will set 1-3 habit goals to improve upon for next week, and we will check-in and troubleshoot any issues that came up next time we meet.
Supportive Online Group
You will also receive access to a supportive Facebook group with unlimited answers to nutrition questions and continuous accountability to your goals via the group.
Small Group Size
My group nutrition courses are capped at 10 people, and we can have as little as 4 in a group. Having such a small group size means that you will always have a chance to get your specific nutrition questions/issues addressed during our calls.
Similar Goals & Similar Lifestyles
In order to provide the most relevant and timely advice, it’s important that everyone in the group is at a similar place in their nutrition knowledge and behavior change journey.
